Online or in-person, we’ll address and discuss a particular issue, pattern, struggle or start a self-discovery journey.

  • Assessment Session* (1st Appointment - 60min): £90

  • Standard Session (50min): £85

  • TakeThree Bundle: Assessment + 3 Standard Sessions (to be used within 8 weeks): £330

  • TakeFive Bundle: Assessment + 5 Standard Sessions (to be used within 12 weeks): £500

*Any new client or client who has not been seen in 3+ months must book an assessment session.
